I love this pizza!! I can't say enough good things about the Fontina and sausage pizza!! The crust is perfect, chewy, tender and crisp in the bottom! The toppings are excellent quality as well! I ordered mine to go, but I will come back sometime for a nice cocktail and more pizza! Everyone was so friendly!! Well done!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have to talk about Billy. From the moment he greeted our table, the energy was just different warm, genuine, kind. Like a hug from someone who actually cares. Nothing was rushed. He didn't just serve us food, he created an experience. Here's what got me: Billy made me HAVE to come back. When I'm back in San Antonio, I am literally driving out of my way just to sit in his section again. That's how rare that kind of person is. And then the food? Top tier. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, wood-fired and absolutely incredible. But honestly? Billy is the reason I'm writing this review. If you want amazing food AND someone who makes you feel like family the second you walk in go to Dough Pizzeria at Hemisfair. Ask for Billy. You'll thank me later.

The best pizza we’ve had in Texas! We visited Dough Pizzeria and were absolutely impressed. We tried the Spring Pizza with a white sauce base, prosciutto, and asparagus, and it was simply outstanding. The crust was delicious—light, perfectly baked, and full of flavor, allowing every ingredient to shine. We also enjoyed an excellent craft beer that paired perfectly with the meal. A special thank you to Orlando and our server for their warm and professional service. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were attentive throughout our visit. The quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere made this a truly memorable experience. Without a doubt, this is the best pizza we’ve had in Texas. We will definitely be back!

Tried the margherita pizza and a cocktail and dessert. Italian mojito was refreshing and very good. Pizza was nothing special, but tasty. Panna cotta and tiramisu for dessert were average. Nice atmosphere and when the waitress heard we were walking to our next destination she brought us water to go which was quite thoughtful!

We've been wanting to try Dough out, so when I had an opportunity to go there when I had a work event nearby. It's such a cozy and clean place! We brought our kids, and they offered pizza doughs for them to play with. Our server Diego was a superstar. He welcomed us and was accommodating to our kids as well. Diego recommended a few things, and also offered us a lot of insightful information about the menu and our dishes. The food was great! Our son had his own cheese pizza and he was more than happy with it. Diego recommended the wings and it was such an interesting take -- but soooo good! We ordered the Pork Love pizza; my husband and I finished the whole thing! I personally love the pizza dough the most, which is obviously what they're known for lol We ended with the Tiramisu and espresso. To sum it all up, we will definitely be back'!
